Serrated Knives (e.g., bread knives) – the teeth cannot be sharpened with a rolling system.
Scissors – require a different angle/mechanism.
Ceramic Knives – too brittle for diamond discs.
It works because the magnetic angle base ensures you’re always sharpening at either:
- 20° → Ideal for most Western kitchen knives (chef, utility, paring).
- 15° → Perfect for Japanese knives, sushi/sashimi knives, and ultra-fine cutting edges.

The 304 Kitchen Co™ Sharpening Kit is made of high-grade natural wood. The roller is is made with diamond discs one for grinding and one for polishing.
